Right now our world is so toxic and so polluted, and instead of working towards improving it, people like the Republicans just want to ignore the problem, sweep it under the rug as “liberal conspiracy”, and concentrate on making more and more money. We’ve already waited too long to change that. Change needs to come now.  Republicans are not ignoring the problem — their intent is to exacerbate it by eliminating the EPA and all environmental regulations, manufacturing climate-change denial “science” and — most egregiously — attempting to teach this phony science to children.
